Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BM Fashion House, we aim to deliver your favorite fashion items quickly, safely, and efficiently right to your doorstep anywhere in Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Charges

  • Nationwide Shipping: BDT 120 (up to 1 kg)
  • Weight Charges: An additional charge of BDT 30 per extra kg will apply automatically at checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Tangail & Dhaka: 2 to 3 Business Days
  • Outside Dhaka (District & Upazila Areas): 3 to 5 Business Days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, mega sales, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Courier & Tracking

  • All nationwide orders are shipped via trusted courier services (e.g., Steadfast, Pathao).
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation message or tracking code to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh.
  • Please inspect the outer package before accepting it from the delivery agent.
  • If you suspect the package has been opened or damaged during transit, please inform us immediately before paying or accepting the parcel.
